Lutterworth and the villages around it, from Broughton Astley to Ullesthorpe and Gilmorton, have a mix of older town and village houses and a lot of newer family homes.
On older properties we're usually replacing original timber fascias and soffits that have rotted, along with the guttering. On newer homes it's more often gutters that drip or overflow, or soffits that have come loose.
We also repair pitched roofs, replace whole roofs when needed, and fit EPDM rubber roofs on garages and extensions.
