Desford and the villages around it have a lot of bungalows and family homes built from the 1960s onwards, many with garages, porches and extensions with flat roofs.
Bungalows are ideal for a full roofline replacement: we can strip the old fascias and soffits, fit new uPVC and new guttering, and usually be finished quickly with very little disruption.
Flat-roofed garages and extensions that keep leaking are worth replacing rather than patching. We fit EPDM rubber roofing systems, which are laid as a single sheet and are built to last.

It depends on the size and what we find under the old boards. We'll give you a realistic timescale when we quote.
