Bedworth, Bulkington and Exhall have a lot of post-war and 1960s-70s housing, much of it now on its second or third set of gutters and with original timber fascias still in place.
Timber that's been painted over for years can look fine from the ground and be soft behind the gutter. We take it all off, check the rafter ends, and fit new uPVC fascias, soffits and guttering so there's nothing hidden.
Plenty of homes here also have flat-roofed garages and kitchen extensions. If yours keeps leaking, an EPDM rubber roof is a long-term fix rather than another patch.
