We cover Coventry from our base in Hinckley, particularly the north and east of the city: Walsgrave, Wyken, Binley, Coundon and Allesley, and the areas in between.
Much of Coventry's housing is 1930s and post-war semis and terraces, many with flat-roofed garages, porches and back extensions. Those flat roofs are often the first thing to start leaking, and an EPDM rubber roof is a lasting replacement.
Roofline is the other big job here: original timber fascias that have rotted, soffits that have come loose, and guttering that's cracked or sagging. We replace the lot in one visit and leave the site clean.

All of it, but we're in the north and east of the city most often, as it's closest to Hinckley.
Yes. We fit EPDM rubber roofing systems, which are laid as one sheet and come with a long life expectancy.
Always. We take the old timber off rather than covering it, so there's no hidden rot left behind the new boards.
